Enquiries and orders
Website enquiries and variety selections are requests for information or a quotation. They do not place an order, reserve stock or guarantee a delivery date. An order proceeds only when the parties agree the quotation, products, quantities, price, payment and shipping terms in writing.
Natural products and specifications
Flowers are natural products. Color, opening, stem length and bud size can vary. Published variety information is a guide to the range; actual grade, availability, substitutions, bunches and packing are confirmed in your order specification. Images do not guarantee identical blooms.
Pricing and payments
U.S. buyers can request quotations in USD. A quote states its validity, payment terms and what is included. Freight, insurance, duties, taxes, handling and brokerage must be clarified before acceptance. No payment is collected through this website.
Shipping and import responsibilities
Origin, destination, route, shipping terms and responsibilities are agreed for each shipment. The importer of record, customs broker, required documentation and applicable import requirements must be confirmed before dispatch. We do not promise customs clearance, fixed transit times or door-to-door service through general website content.
Changes, cancellation and claims
